We’re siblings, weekly lifters, and co-founders of Choozy®. A supplement brand built on the belief that clean, pure, and effective should be the standard; not the exception.

Choozy was born because we couldn’t find what we were looking for: supplements that were pure, clean, simple and exactly what they said they were. No confusing blends, no unnecessary fillers, no additives. Just effective, high-quality ingredients you can actually trust; and feel the difference from.

It all started with a phone call between us, venting about how almost every supplement we picked up was packed with unnecessary ingredients, vague wording, or disguised blends that made it hard to know what we were actually consuming. As everyday lifters, we just wanted clean, straightforward formulations we could trust. But beyond the ingredients, there was something else that didn’t sit right: the bulky plastic tubs, aesthetic, and brands that didn’t reflect who we are, how we train, or how we live. So we stripped it all back, from the ground up, with our community in mind.

For Cara, years of gut issues meant health became a non-negotiable. Lifting weekly and using yoga for active recovery. Everything she takes has to support performance and never compromise gut health. With Chris also lifting weekly and taking a balanced approach to wellness, he’s always been careful about what he consumes, they both quickly noticed how many supplements used unclear ingredient ingredients and misleading magnesium types that disguised true elemental values.

That’s when we realised: if we wanted supplements we could genuinely trust, we’d have to create them ourselves, with better ingredients, thoughtful design, and less waste wherever possible.

At the core of Choozy is our refill pouch, crafted from paper and starch, making it fully home-compostable. Most supplements come in plastic designed for single use. We knew we had to do better. Our pouches are lightweight, easy to store or travel with, and kinder to the planet.

We also knew we needed a way to store capsules longterm. That’s where our capsule-storage bottle comes in, designed to compliment the pouch, not overshadow it. A minimalist aluminium bottle that looks good on your kitchen counter, bedside table or cabinet, and ideal for your gym bag or on the go. Unlike glass, and far more practical for day-to-day life.
