The Choozy Magnesium has been great. I’ve noticed early on that my sleep quality improved especially a reduction of brain fog and having more energy in the early hours. Highly recommend if you have early starts in the day and just need that extra kick to get you through!
Love the minimal ingredient list. Been using for a few weeks now and noticing a huge improvement in sleep and use it for muscle cramping during exercise too. As a nutritionist I will be recommending this to my clients if needing additional supplementation.

Great product, arrived fast and as expected. Very skeptical with products on health/fitness but I can say this does a good job! My sleep score has gone from 65% on average to 78% in just a week of using and it’s really helped me calm down ready for sleep, currently taking this 2 hours before bedtime to unwind. Amazing products, has really improved my sleeping at night which has resulted in me being more rested and having more energy in the day time. I've never found it particularly easy to fall asleep but Choozy appears to have changed that . I've only used it for a month, but I can genuinely say that I've never slept better for such a consistent amount of time. For me, I also found it to have a pretty immediate effect. I had a great night's sleep just two days after first trying.
