Been using the Choozy Magnesium for about 2 weeks now, no issues tolerating it whatsoever. I definitely feel more relaxed and less prone to feeling anxiety. I take two caps in the evening before bed, but if it’s a rest day and I’m aching from the gym, I will take one during the day. Simple and clear branding too that tells you exactly what you are getting and the benefits. Also has a focus on sustainability which is nice consideration and forward thinking. I also love the bottle. Very handy for taking caps to work or on a trip.
