We’re brother & sister, gym goers, and founders, on a mission to bring clean supplements to gym goers.
CHOOZY was born because we couldn’t find what we were looking for: supplements that were pure, clean, simple and exactly what they said they were. No confusing blends, no unnecessary fillers, no additives.
It all started because so many supplements we both recognised are packed with unnecessary ingredients, vague wording, or disguised blends that made it hard to know what we were actually taking.
For Cara, years of gut issues meant health became a non-negotiable. Nutrition, strength training and yoga became the foundation. Clean, effective supplements for gym goers became our mission.
As gym goers, we just wanted clean, straight forward formulations we could trust. But beyond the ingredients, there was something else that didn’t sit right: the bulky plastic tubs, aesthetic, and brands that didn’t reflect who we are and our lifestyle.
