CHOOZY is a brother-and-sister-founded supplement brand on a mission to bring clean, high quality supplements for health-conscious gym goers.
In 2021, co-founder Cara was admitted to hospital with viral gastritis, which led to ongoing chronic gut issues. It became a turning point, one that forced her to take her health more seriously than ever before.
With so many supplement brands packed with unnecessary ingredients, vague labelling and proprietary blends, the pair began questioning what was truly essential. What the body actually needs. Nothing more.
Together, they set out to create supplements made with only clean, quality ingredients that actually serve your health.
