We’re brother & sister, gym goers, and founders, on a mission to bring clean supplements to the ambitious in work, life and training.
It all started because so many supplements we both recognised are packed with unnecessary ingredients, vague wording, or disguised blends that made it hard to know what we were actually taking.
As co-founder Cara, deals with gut issues, this led us to a 360 health approach. Clean, effective supplements for became our mission.
Beyond the ingredients, there was something else that didn’t sit right: the bulky plastic tubs, aesthetic, and brands that didn’t reflect who we are and our lifestyle. Compostable packaging became our none negotiable.

We verify the potency of each ingredient and screen for heavy metals such as lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium. In addition, our testing also covers microbiological safety, including bacteria, yeast, & mould, as well as any contaminants. Safe, clean supplements are a priority.
